These figures were only sold in the Japan Pokemon Centers and a few licensed toy stores, in October, 2020, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity. You will receive the COMPLETE set of 6 figures. They are shaped like a pokeball aquarium. The top opens up and you can take the figure out.
